Terms of Service
The rules of the room, in plain language. Crypto War Room is a research and practice terminal, not a broker and not an adviser, and these terms say exactly what that means for you.

Who you are contracting with
Crypto War Room ("the service", "we") is operated by the operator of Crypto War Room. These terms are the agreement between you and the operator of Crypto War Room for your use of the website, the members' terminal and the signals room. Using the service means you accept them.
What the service is, and what it is not
Crypto War Room is a research and practice terminal. It gives you a screener, a whale tracker, a macro calendar, funding-round and venture-portfolio data, a squawk feed, a members' chat, and a signals room where trade ideas are posted with their entry, stop and targets and then closed in public.
It is not investment advice. Nothing in the platform, the signals room, the chat or the emails is a personal recommendation. We do not know your finances, your tax position or your risk tolerance, and nothing here is tailored to them. Every decision to buy or sell is yours alone.
We are not a broker, an exchange or a custodian. We never hold, move or have access to your money. Trading inside the platform is practice trading with simulated capital unless you connect your own exchange account, in which case the trade happens on your account, at your exchange, under your agreement with them.
Who may use it
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. You are responsible for knowing whether using a service like this is lawful where you live, and for complying with your own country's rules on trading, taxes and reporting. We may refuse or close an account where the law requires it, including for sanctions compliance.
Your account
An account is for one person. Do not share your login, and do not republish, resell or forward signals, charts or other members' messages outside the room. The value of a signals room is that it is small; an account found to be shared or a member found to be redistributing content can be suspended without a refund.
You are responsible for what happens under your login. Choose a password you use nowhere else, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
Payment, renewal and refunds
Prices are shown before you pay. A membership runs for the period you paid for and, where the checkout says so, renews automatically at the end of it until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the period you have paid for ends.
Because access to the room and its archive is immediate, a membership is not refundable once the period has started, except where your local consumer law gives you a right we cannot contract out of. If something has gone wrong, write to us first — most of what people ask for, we can sort out.
If you connect an exchange
You can connect your own exchange account so the terminal can place orders you instruct it to place. If you do:
- The key must be trade-only. We check, and we refuse any key that can withdraw funds.
- Keys are encrypted before they are stored, with a secret that is not kept in the database, and are never shown back to you or to anyone else.
- Orders placed through the terminal are your orders. You are responsible for them, for the fees your exchange charges, and for the outcome.
- You can remove a connected key at any time, and you should also revoke it at the exchange.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape the site, resell access, reverse engineer the platform, attempt to reach data belonging to other members, run automated traffic that degrades the service for others, or use the service for anything unlawful. Do not post anything in chat that is illegal, abusive, or someone else's to post.
Content
The platform, its code, its data presentation and its written content belong to the operator of Crypto War Room. Your membership buys you access, not ownership, and nothing here transfers any intellectual property to you.
What you upload — your charts, your messages — stays yours. By posting it in the room you give us permission to store it and show it to the people that room is for, which is what posting it is for.
Availability and third-party data
Market prices, on-chain data, funding rounds, news and calendars come from third parties. We pass them on in good faith, but we do not guarantee that any of it is accurate, complete or current, and feeds go down. The service is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, and we do not promise it will be available without interruption.
Limits of our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator of Crypto War Room is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service — including where you acted on a signal, a number on a screen, or data that turned out to be wrong or late.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that shares access, or where we are required to. If we close your account without cause, we refund the unused part of your current period.
Changes
We may change these terms. If a change materially affects what you agreed to, we will say so in the room and update the date below before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version.
Law and disputes
This agreement is governed by the law of the operator's country of residence, and its courts have jurisdiction, except where your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
